Jets fell out of our hot tub too. Tried to tell us are chemicals were off too. Replaced them and they fell out again 6 month later. They also put ozinator right above. Heater and it blew up and leeked water all over heater. Had to have it rebuilt. Couldn't them to warenty anything. We still use are hot tub but does nto work rt. We have to manually turn it on and off with the braker. Have to use same jets to replace them with because nothing else will fit. So basically it is garabge. Wont heat up rt. Been a problem 6 months after we got it. They suposedly wanted to warenty it. They were going to come out my husband waited all day never called then finally at 9pm called were 2 hours away and were going to come work on it. They are a bunch of rip offs.
