I have to say that unfortunately Mr Montgomery is not the only one being unhappy with the non-existing service of Sunrise Spa's. We have been happy with ours but now it has been out of service for more then two months and the dealer never responds to our messages left on his answering machine, we have been calling for almost two months by now...
We live in Sweden and Sunrise Spas apparently has only one local dealer. We have been trying to get in touch with the American as well as the Europeean "head office" and still no answer.
By another spa!
