This is an update.One problem was I had sand in the tub. There is no way of knowing where it came from so I cannot say it was their fault. It was just very odd. I was disappointed I could not filter or drain it out. However a $35 suction wand was able to get most of it out. Both Dimension One and the dealer have been responsive and helpful in dealing with issues that came up.
