Purchased this product thinking I was getting the Best Built spa. At least that was what all there brochures stated. I continue to have jets popping out, replaced fiber optic unit. The cover over the display had to be glued many times. The pump went out and had to pay all kind of cost because Cornerstone did not cover the increase in labor / customs / shipping. After being down for over 3 months finally get it fixed and 1 week later the pump is making noise. The installer will not stand behind their work and require me to pay for another service call. After reporting them to Coast was told I had to deal with them. The installers refuse to work on my unit. Coast refuses to work with me. Do not buy any Coast spas based on the research that I'm now doing it is standard practice not to back the product
