Bought unit from dealer in PA. Been nothing but headaches since delivery. Plumbing leaks and general assembly problems Stipped and broken siding screwws Frame not fastened together Siding falls off of tub. This model was a fullinsulation unit but there is gapping areas with no foqam insulation. Dealer charges to come out to repair warranty items (travel time) Spoke to Hawkeye and they have basically told me they will not honor any otf the issues go back to the dealer. The dealer tells me to go to HAwkeye. Tub at this point is leakeng from the bottom by the volcano jets and is not usable.
I highly recomend a no buy to anyone looking at this Mfg of tub
