My wife an myself love the spa and yes the jet paks were the reason we went with a bullfrog.
We move our paks around alot depending on who is over and our mood, we however decided not to trade in our jet paks as we found some paks you can not turn off the jets and are water hogs and will rob the power from from some other paks.
We wish we (or at least I do) would have had the radio system installed
