In Response To: Arctic Spas ()
All in all a decent hot tub, but a little small for our family of 4. One BIG problem is the jets. They pop out virtually everytime we sit in the spa. We have taken them bakc to the dealer multiple times for replacement (which they do without charge) but they cannot seem to get it right. THe service manager told us that the Arctic Spas factory has changed jets from "waterway" to getting them made in China. Obviously a poor business decision as we are the ones suffering with that choice.
Final analysis. OK spa - bad jets.
