Where was this review board when I bought my junk? I wouldn't recommend Great Lakes to anyone. In fact, I will personally go out of my way to express my opinions to anyone who may be in the market for a hot tub. Not only has the tub been trouble from the beginning, trying to find someone who cares about your problem is also impossible. The service extended from Great Lakes is terrible. Two thumbs way down!!!!!!
