We have had our tub for nearly 4 years. 3 years were good, what was to be expected out of a $9,000 Hot tub. We were told that the tub was completely covered after finding countless cracks throught the tub. Now here's the problem, The district sales rep says our "Warranty is prorated" Of course it leeks bad. All we have to pay is a small $6,800 for this manufacturer defect to get our tub replaced. Say what? Ya... $$6,800 to get this pile of Crapalina up and running again with the help of My wonderful warranty* notice the astrick.
