The Grandee has been a piece of junk & nightmare from day one.
Poor service non existent customer service from Watkins is the norm.
Although we still have a warranty we have waited 7 months for a new circuit board to replace the malfunctioning one for the 3rd TIME.
Our kids refuse to have friends over etc we are embarrassed by this piece of junk in our back yard...
stay away do your research & buy from a company that has quality & customer service.
Watkins should remember what Toyota did to the US automaker
You screw the consumer you go broke...I can't wait until it happens to this POS company.
