We ordered this unit on 9/2/06, rec'd on 10/17/06. Been using it since about 2-3 times/week. I like this spa a lot and feel it is a well made unit.
We have it on the Forever floor, which makes a concrete pad unneccessary.
The controls are easy to use, the footwell is very roomy. It has 1 lounge seat and I love it. We also bought the Arctic Spas cedar steps and they look absolutely great, unlike the plastic steps others sell.
The headrests tend to pop off their holders, but that is a minor complaint.
We've had no leaks or problems, other than that 1 jet pops out of its spot, but the dealer (Artctic Spas of West Islip)is wonderful and takes care of issues promptly. We recently purchased a propane patio heater to keep the towels and robes warm as we are using it this winter.
I also have the optional "peak ozonator" system. Chemical usage seems low and the water has been clear for almost 2 months with no shocking.
My wife discovered that some field mice have decided to move in under the tub floor for warmth. The dealer suggested mothballs under the tub, which we'll do when we empty the tub for a water change.
I would buy this spa again.
