We have had the tub for 2 years and we love having it, can't imagine living without one ever again. I like all of the features other than the one neck jet seat is too short for just about anyone except the kids. The number and configuration of jets are great. The only drawback with the jets is that the tabs that hold them in place break frequently. We had 1 break during the first year but have had 9 break during this second year. I am in the process of trying to get them replaced through the warranty. As long as they are willing to replace them then I guess it really isn't a problem.
