I've had this spa since Feb 06. Bought from Polar Spas in Calgary. It has been a bust from day 1. It can't keep heat in winter at all. If the temp is anything below freezing this tub can't cut it. They replaced the heater with a 5500 watt version (and charged me for it). Now it just burns electricty, but still doesn't get warm. My first power bill was around $50 for the tub. And this was a mild winter. Now that summer is here, it is okay. It is very oppulent, but tech support from Dynasty is atrocious. They just don't phone me back anymore. The tub may be fine in Tennessee, but not in Alberta. Boo to Polar and Dynasty. It looks nice, feels nice, but I dread what else might go wrong with it.
