We've had our Exeter for 3 years now. Only problem was a cracked skirt panel. After several go arounds with customer service it was replaced under warranty. This weekend, the b;eeder valve on the main pump started leaking to the point I woke up to a surging pump and 2 feet of water out of the spa. On the hunt for a replacement part now.
