I got my hot tub, the 811, last year. We knew we wanted to buy a hot tub but didnt know how to tell the difference from one tub to the other. I made my choice on the Polar Spas 811 and i dont regret my decision. The guy who helped us was great, and the tub itself was very nice. He didnt just tell me, he SHOWED me the differences and he didnt try to sell me the tub, he gave me the information to make the right decision. What store will do that? Not many, I know the day we went out tub shopping I had sales people in my face telling me what to buy instead of asking me what I wanted. BIG DIFFERENCE. As for needing to fix my tub: I had a jet that had little pressure coming out of it. The service guy who called me the next day taught me how to adjust the pressure from the jets, problem solved. AND i got a courtesy call to make sure I was taken care of. So far my mom and dad bought from Polar Spas and they are enjoying it as well. The one thing im sorry about with this whole purchase...Not getting it sooner.
