On March 25, 2006 we received the last three parts for our tub, husband had to put them on, some warranty, after 4 months and 25 days the tub has all of the parts, I have no problem with the sellers of this brand, just the people who are in charge of the warranty and getting them to fix it.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
