Why did you decide to get a spa?
My husband and I both have bad backs so we wanted a spa for therapy reasons. We also have small children and no room for a pool, so we wanted to it for them to play in as well.

Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Met and exceeded. We use it daily.

How long have you owned your spa?
4 months.

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
I don't think it has any bells and whistles really. Just a solid spa...

What do you like best?
We love the moto-massage, the seat with the whirly/spinning jets, and the corner seat with the head rest and calf jets. The foot jets are very powerful as well. I've enjoyed the ease of maintenance with the tri-x filters.

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
I'm torn on this. Part of me wishes that there was a cool down seat, but I just use the knee portion of the lounger for that, so it works for me. We don't really have any real use for the soothing 7 jets, but the baby likes that seat because they aren't powerful, so for now they work. I do wish the cup holders were a little more useful, but that is completely superficial. I do wish we could use the foot jets while sitting in the seat with the whirly/spinning jets.

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
I wouldn't change anything with the tub itself. I would change the base we used. We opted for a portable pad as we put the tub in the middle of our yard and didn't want to pour more concrete, it was much more work than we anticipated, and it probably would have been easier to just pour concrete. I think I would have planned it better and maybe have put a deck or pavers down.

Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
No, I love my tub.

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?
Everything has been perfect to this point. I use dichlor after use, MPS to shock, never have had to adjust the PH or ALK, and also use Nature 2. My water is crystal clear and tests perfect every time. It couldn't be easier.
