update on my problems here it is February 23, 2005 and my tub has been "rigged" to work and cannot get any help plus there are three items that have not been replaced because of the rigging in order to make it work. In order to keep it from coming on every 20 minutes and running we have to manual control the tub by turning it off at the breaker box. If I ever buy a spa agin I will ask who fixes thir tubs and then go to the BBB and check out the complaints agains this company. I filed a report with BBB in Dallas Texas and Imange or Keys Backyard will not even talk to them. |
