Grandee GG/2005

I purchased the spa primarily for recreation, but somewhat also for theraputic benefit. The spa has been installed and operational for one month. I purchased it with the ozone machine and a cover cradle. The cradle is a must, it makes it so easy to access the spa, and get the cover back on. The ozone machine is hard to tell what it is doing, but besides battling the PH from the lousy city water, I have had no problems. My favorite thing about the spa is the open seating, which is the prime reason I went withthis spa. It makes it easy to move around to use the different jets. The only thing I don't like is that the cover leaks at one corner and the water vapor condenses and freezes on one of the latches. But this might be because the temporary location of the spa is a little bit out of level. I am hopinh when I get it to its final resting place that this issue goes away. The only thing I would do differently is to have the concrete slab for the final location already in place. I just did not want to wait untill I got that done, as I have another slab that is sufficient for now. I did not get the optional audio system, it seemed useless to me. If I want music, I'll play my stereo, and have one less thing to go wrong in the spa. I did experience two minor problems. The second control stopped working, and one of the cover cradle arms became bent, not sure how. But one call to the dealer (Aquatech, out of Morton Illinois, but I bought it from the Peoria branch), and the service technician was there the next day, and when I got home everything was fixed. No bill, no fuss. I was concerned about spending this kind of money on a spa, but I am happy with the make and model I choose (I looked at Arctic, Coleman, Jacuzzi, and Sundance), and with the dealer.
