In Response To: Polar Spas (-)

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
The tub itself is an ok product, the service however is horrible and they will not honor warranty issues, I have needed service twice in the year and a half I have owned the tub, both times after making contact with service it was over a week before hearing back, and longer to actually get someone on site. I had a leak that shorted out the pump before winter and was told to leave the water in the tub so that the leak could be found, by the time a service rep appeared the water was starting to freeze in the tub, I was then informed that my 3 year pipes and plumbing warranty did not apply and it would be $500 for a new pump. I chose to wait and try to fight for warranty and was informed that I had better leave a heater running inside the skirt as any damage from ice would be my responsibilty as well. needless to say I did not get the warranty and the water froze. I have now been waiting over two weeks for a service call, and have not recieved so much as a call informing me when I may expect service. Numerous calls just get me the answer, someone will contact you. I am now looking to other companies t
o repair my tub as I do not want any more to do with Polar Spas and recommend to anyone I talk to not to deal with these people either. OK Product...HORRIBLE service!!!!
