We purchased our Windsor SE thru a local "mall parking lot" sale. Got it for $7200 delivered with all the bells and whistles. This tun has been great. I had to open the pump unions to "purge" the air out (the manual says this may be necessary)but other than that it has beena dream. Almost bought a Hotspring Grande' but tis was a better deal. Sorry to hear that someone else has had a bad experience. I hope I continue to have good luck.

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
