used several at hotels and wanted one at home. It meets or exceeds my expectations so far as I have owned for one week. neck message, lighting and foot massage. very powerful pump action. the neck massage is not needed. would buy one sooner if I had known then what I do now. one with pillows would be nice. no problems except delivery as the dealer left in my yard and I had to move it with friends to get it on the deck as the dealer trashed my lawn with his equipment. other than that a great experience overall.
