I had problems with this spa within one month. The Dealer Sun Quest Spas, Inc out of lakeland florida has proven to be the bottom feeders of the spa industry. They have performed soo poorly upon requests to honor their maintenance agreement, it's amazing that they are still in business. I had a heating element go bad within 2 months. They wouldn't fix it. Then I had a controller go bad (Gecko TSC8-GE2)--again no help from the dealer or the manufact. The spa leaked at the pipe seams, filter, and jets. They did talk me through fixing it my self :-) I made calls for almost a month before Donny 863-286-4374 would call me back. Again no service tech to be in my area. So I removed the touch pad my self and sent it to him. He promised to send me another one within 48 hours. Three weeks later and 27 messages to him--no return call and no controller. Plus--he has my old one. I would not recommend this company or Sunquest spa to anyone...
