My wife and I purchased a san marcos spa from the fresno fair it never has worked right everything from the water not getting hot to one side of the jets not coming on but the biggest problem is that it always kicks the breaker off. Sensation spas has been out to my house 11 times replaceing both motors heater element control panel rewired once then they brought me a new control panel. Now there saying it has to be a bad breaker and I need to call an electrician. so I called a licenced electrician who came to my home he told me the wiring and the breaker where working fine and there is a direct short inside the spa.The owner of sensation spas wont return my phone calls. I think they dont know whats wrong with the spa and hope that I will solve the problem myself. If anyone has had a bad experence like this or has a solution it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
