In Response To: LifeSprings Spas (-)

I too got lured by the sales pitch of a smooth talking person. The spa delivery was not on time they did not keep me onformed, I had to call them several times and the 1st few times they did not find that I had and order.

Once I got the spa all was well for the first 5 months. then jets started popping out, called service, Nick ion service said they changed the design and sent me out on 2 different occaisions new jets, the big ones. now I have the small ones all breaking apart. Calling them again, the forst and only cause they have is chemical damage. but they are breaking and tearing apart not erroding away. there is a weak spot on the jet where it adjustes from open to close. I beleive as I had also had 2 independant opinions tell me they are designe flaws of cheap jets and the expansion and contraction of the heated water is causing the breaks and tears. Howefver as expected they will not listen.

I have asked for the jets I sent them back as I want them for evidence in court. I will take toem there as they have not performed on their warranty.

my recommensation about life srpings spas is to stay away, spend a little more for quality and a name you know and trust.

I know of nowhere to get replacement parts for my spa and without the use of 7 jets currently only from life springs. it is not an enjoyable spa or to talk with them. This was purchased in their chino california office
