WOW! I wanted a great spa so I went for a spa with 160 jets. It was more money than everything else I looked at but I'm still impressed by the spa and I've had it for 5 years. This is the third spa I have owned. I love to sit outside in the cold New York winters in hot water, I can't get enough of it! I have always used my spas alot and accepted the fact that I will always need service once in a while on my spa. Well I can't say enough about my Thermo Spa, every problem I have had they took care of quickly. Nothing like waiting for weeks for parts to come in like I used to have to do on my other spas. I have had one slow leak in the plumbing line which was fixed with in three days of me calling the company. The repairman was at my house a grand total of 22 minutes and had the problem solved! They have removable side panels so he could get to leak quickly. They didn't even have to drain it! I had a jet stop spinning and they mailed me a new jet that I put in myself(they just pop in and out from inside the spa). I was all set to start having to fight to get a new jet but they didn't give me a hard time at all. I had trouble with my breaker tripping when the spa was first delivered. They sent a repairman out and he found nothing wrong with the spa. They recomended changing my breaker. I was still using the old breaker from my previous spa and they said that it was weak from my old spa always tripping the breaker. After I installed a new breaker it has never tripped. They didn't charge me for a service call even though the problem was at my end. I love the wave lounge. It has 44 jets in the lounge that turn on and off in a wave under me. It feels so neat! It has on super strong jet that will just beat you! It has pillows with a waterfall coming out of them. I like to use these for a few minutes when I first get in my spa. My bubbling system has warm air coming out. My old spas I was never able to use the bubbles in the winter time becuase the air that came in was freezing cold. I like the bubbles they are very relaxing. The regular theraphy seats have several jets that do a nice job. I start out with them strong and then turn them down when we are just hanging out talking. The only thing I don't like about Thermo Spas is that they sold my Boss a new Thermo Spa. His new spa is quiter than mine and has more ways of controlling the jets. They also made the pillows gray and they look better than my black pillows. They also have a new filtering system that looks a lot easier to get at than mine. And he has new ozonater that works better than mine ( I have one but it's not the same as his), he has had his spa for six weeks and has almost done nothing with adding chemicals. But they just gave me $100 in chemicals for referring him so I guess thats not all bad. When its all said and done you get what you pay for. WOW kind of says it all.
