We decided to get a spa at the Napa Home and Garden Show in May. We bought it at the show. It was delivered and was placed in our garage until our back yard was completed. During the back yard project I had a 220 line from the entrance box at the front of the house installed to the back of the house. There is a shut off and the electrician hooked up the spa to the 220 line. It did not initially work when the back yard was completed the week following the 4th of July and the electrician had to contact the company and do some rewiring. The spa then could be turned on but the controls didn't work. I immediately contacted the company (after several days of telephone tag). I was sent a new control box which I installed myself. By the first part of August everything was working. About a week ago (today is the 19th of September) the temperature buttons quit working. Needless to say I'm fairly frustrated with these developments. I need to have this rectified. Thank you for your attention.
