bought the spa at the fresno fair last year. i liked the twin 6hp motors. the price was about $1500 less than the marquis reward i was planning on buying. i like the set up of the spa and the different jets and seats. but...the jets continually stick. i have to reach back and get them spinning again. this happened almost right away. when the technician came to replace a sensor (in the first 3 months) that rendered the spa useless, he also replaced about half of the jets. they are sticky now too. the water is correctly balanced and i only use it 15 minutes a day. another complaint is that the filter cap and basket come off. the cap doesn't go on securely it just twists a little. i ususally have to go looking for it and the basket also. simply a design error. overall i'm happy with the spa as it keeps the water hot. i wish that i'd gotten the marquis instead as they have a much better warranty, which i fear i'm going to need with the sensation.
