What a complete waste of money. We bought from Polar Spa in Edmonton, the tub showed up with a scratch and missing a valve control (which we never did get from the company. After a month a large crack developed and we wanted it changed on warranty. It took from Nov until June to get a new tub. In that time about half the LED lights stopped working and all of the head rests were broken. During the last conversation with the half owner I was swore at and called an idiot for not being happy with the deal that I was getting. Which was to switch to a Polar spa 901. Seems like a good tub, but it does not have the following features that my dynasty tub had, stereo, LED lighting, and ozonator. I know they are kind of frivolous but hey I had them before right. They also wanted me to pay to have the new tub brought out to me, another $400. Needless to say I am not happy with the Dynasty tubs quality or the Polar spa companies customer service.
