Supreme/2005

We purchased a Viking Supreme spa one week ago for stress relief and relaxation. The spa was reasonably priced and has a 6 year warranty. Instead of reducing stress, this spa is causing more stress because it doesn't work. I can't get the temperature above 92 degrees. The heater doesn't stay on and only works when the jets are running. The digital control panel is a joke. I can turn the jets on but I cannot turn the jets off. Eventually the jets turn off on their own. I keep getting weird diagnostic messages. The codes aren't listed in the reference manual or the web site. I emailed Viking Customer Service but they didn't respond. Today I called Viking Customer Service but they wouldn't answer my questions about the codes. They referred me back to the dealer. Now I am waiting for a repair person. I'm not sure how long it will take. I am very dissappointed with this spa.
