Boy did we get soaked. Our spa was purchased new and installed in March of 2003. From the start there were problems: overheating, over load, you name it. 2 years later, we have had 3 replacement control boards and tons of repair visits, visits by electricians and the power company. Now we have a vibration problem and to make our relaxation even more complete, the nozzles fly off and float around the tub with us. I had a Coleman in the '90's and it was a great tub. This is an absolute piece of crap. We are considering buying a new Sundance and having the dealer just haul the Coleman to the garbage. Has anyone else had such terrible experience with their Coleman or what do Sundance owners think of their's.
