JUNK! That about sums it up, but let me go into a little detail for you. From day 1 we have had nothing but problems with this tub. It constantly trips out the GFCI circuit breaker. We have had several (8) service visits that have spanned almost 9 months. They have replaced the breaker (twice) the heater, the ozonater, etc., etc......The tub developed a leak about 2 months ago which necessitated changing out the filters and their plumbing.....(a common problem I was told). This tub underwent several tests to try and figure out what was wrong with it, including a "Meger" which is supposed to be able to pinpoint any problem....it didn't.....but they changed the heater anyway! Next came the Master Electrician (an independant contractor) who also could not find any issues with the tub or the house wiring to it......still the breaker trips!!! We'd had enough at this point and demanded that they come take their tub back....we certainly didn't want it anymore. They picked it up on the condition that it would be tested and if nothing was found wrong they would return our money....but if they did find something wrong they would replace the problem parts and return the tub to us. Well, its been gone 3 weeks now and they found 3 things wrong with the tub.....they won't tell me what those 3 things were, but apparently they are not confident enough to return the tub and are going to refund our money.....although I haven't seen a dime yet!! BUYERS BEWARE......Thermospa's do not have a show room.....and I think theres a good reason why (see first word above!) Don't let the fancy pamphlet and CD fool you. This tub retailed for around $15,000....you get lulled into the feeling that because you are spending an incredible amount of money that you're going to get an amazing product........maybe some are good, but ours sure wasn't.
