Why did you decide to get a spa? I have always wanted one and thought it was about time to start getting some nice things for me. I also have back problems which I thought the spa might help. Does your spa live up to all expectations? Well beyond expectations! How long have you owned your spa? Bought it new Oct 04 so about 5-6 months now. What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? It came with Ozonator, cover, cover lifter, steps, model has waterfall, LCD lighting and lounge seat. What do you like best? In order: Relaxation, lounge seat (was worried, but very happy with it), waterfall, lights, added dealer items (cover, lift, steps, ozone), size, dealer, and more as the list goes on. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? Had to re-adjust my covered porch (opened up one side then repaired it to get the spa to fit), BUT nothing I dislike about the Spa. I also have to say that I was very worried about the price, useage, upkeep etc. I am no longer worried about any of those concerns. Very GOOD investment for the money now that I had it this long. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Followed many of the advice items posted here. Felt that I could of researched the chemicals used better. Is there anything you're sorry you left out? No, with proper research and time, made pretty much all decisions correctly. Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? None. Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? When delivered, there was one screw that was out of place, delivery people immediately fixed the problem and called to check up on it afterwards. I would like to say, that I read so many postings about the negative, my experience is and continues to be a very positive one. Great dealer (Charlottesville, VA) no problems with post support and instructions. I think I'll go and take a dip, so if you'll excuse me...
