We have had a hot tube for along time. In August of 2003 we started a back yard remodel which included (recommed by pool builder) a moon water spa (they would build it to specs. We had it less that 1 month and it quit, some fuse waited 10 days for the part.. Then another month went by and it quit again (we spend about 8500.00 on this piece of junk) this time another electrical problem...Fixed again and then 2 months later (now Nov) something short out, the pumps where bad along with the fiber optics, took until March of 2004 for the manufacture to get the materials for our pool builder to fix... Well you know what is next, the hot tub is broke again..the manufacture will not return pool builders calls and I am on this site looking for a new spa.. Oh I forgot the pillows lasted about 2 weeks before they ripped out....DO NOT BUY>>>> Nightmare
