Emerald makes a great product. The shell is built like a tank. I love the lounger seat with the jets for the back and air blower for the legs. The Captains seat is also great with the 3 swirly jets for the back. The only thing I would change with my tub is the Intensive foot massage should be on the other side of the foot area. It is to close to the Captain seat to be comfortable. Love the turbo and tsunami jets for special therapy. Emerald has their act together and make a great product. Well pleased!
