I have owned this spa for 18 mos. It had been working flawlessly until I noticed that the pump was starting to make noise. i called the warranty people who contacted Comfortline products (the manufacturer). They in turn told the warrany people that they wouldn't cover it because the pump was leaking. Thsi was supposed to have a two year warranty (in home). They don't even have the courtesy to come out and check the problem. The extended warranty (4years past the original two felt so bad that they refunded my entire 222.00 warranty cost.). The company will not return my phone calls and I have asked to talk with the manager and only get a voice mail and no return calls. I have contacted the Florida Attorney Generals office and they have put me in touch with their consumer affairs office. I would not reccomend any one purchasing one of these spas.
