I have had my spa for two years, and I love it! My spa has the versatility of being a therapy haven or a gathering of friends, just by easily turning a few levers. I have found out that although Islander Spas is a relatively new company, the people who founded it actually have been in the spa business (from many of the top companies) for many years and decided to take what they've learned from their experiences and their customers and build a top quality tub for much less. I think the key is leaving out all the "crap" that just looks super flashy but continually breaks, and not doing advertising on the same level as companies like Hot Springs, which costs MONEY!

My hot tub is barely noticeable on my utility bill in Iowa winters! As a chiropractor, I find their therapy seats to be much more beneficial for relaxation of paraspinal musculature, as compared to the Hot Springs Moto-Massage which directly goes over the bony spinal column and provides no additional therapy at all.

In my one need for a service call, my dealer knew exactly what the problem was after my vague description. He serviced my tub the next day (he's obviously not too busy having to make service calls everywhere), and it cost me nothing. The warranty plan is the best I've seen on the market.
