this tub has alot of nice features, 2 pumps 38 jets of various types , any jet can be turned off or switch around with other jets. individual air injectors etc. their web site is awsome and customer service has been excellent, they always answer within a minute. they do not have a toll free number , but they will call you back. i had some initial quality control issues which i fixed. but they were willing to send tech out. also they answer any ? day or night.
quality issues: the connector at main pump was crossthreaded and leaked, i took it apart and reconnected and it was fine, also one of the hoses was pinched right at the conector and a pinhole which i cut off and reconected. the waterfall was not caulked proper and had slight leak which i repaired. 2 of the redwood panels were cracked and i cracked a third. they sent me 3 new pannels and a quart of stain. it is obvious there was some careless workmanship and it was not tested with water. the cabinet is kind of cheep but looks good and is much lighter and has much better access than my old cal-spa. my tub is indoors, i cant see this cabinet holding up very well outdoors. of course all the brands i looked at had similar cabinet construction.
