Why did you decide to get a spa? - I have had chronic back/neck pain for years including diagnosed two cervical herniated discs and one bulging disc, diagnosed degenerative lumbar, thoracic and cervical disc disease, sciatica, torticollis, with daily back pain for the past 15 years. Does your spa live up to all expectations? Definitely. I am literally pain free. I have reinjured my back twice since purchasing out hot tub but the recooperation period was drastically reduced because of the hot tub. How long have you owned your spa? 11/2003 (10 months) What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? Optic light package, stereo system. What do you like best? The reverse molded neck jets. Therapeutically - they are wonderful! The lights are great and we REALLY enjoy having the stereo system. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? I am not overly impressed with the pillow waterfall/waterfall. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? It would have been nice to have the floating Dolphin remote that wasn't available in 2003 but is in 2004. Is there anything you're sorry you left out? We are very happy with our options. Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? I didn't want to get the stereo system - my husband did but I am very happy that he insisted on it. Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? We have had no problems whatsoever. Remember, content is king, so don't be afraid to tell everyone everything you can think of, about your spa. - In addition to the medical benefits which make it all worthwhile, the ambience, and relaxation are wonderfully added benefits. My husband rigged up a mounted swivel TV in the house with speakers outside so we can watch TV in the hot tub. We are really looking forward to watching the whole football season / NASCAR season in the hot tub this year. Being from NE Ohio there is nothing like sitting in that tub at about 10 degrees outside with the steam coming up and your hair frozen. Wonderful! I would definitely recommend a Master hot tub to anyone out there. Well worth the money!
