We bought the Portsmouth SE at the beginning of August and had it delivered last Thursday. I think that we have been in it just about every night for the past week. We upgraded to the SE model which allowedus to get a 2nd master blaster foot jet and the x-pattern seat. It was definitely worth the extra $300.
We went with the black granite tub with the 22 LED light and looks great even at night.
The seat assortment inside the tub is varied and each one has its own features. we were torn as to whether or not to go with the lounge but now that we did, it was worth it. The lounger is a must.
We live in SE ,Michigan and have not had it during the winter yet so I cannot relate any of the costs to you.
I highly recommend Down East Spas by Master Spas!!

Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
