I LOVE MY SPA, A LITTLE PRICEY BUT APPEARS TO BE GOOD. VERY COMFORTABLE IN ALL SEATS. ONLY DISLIKE APPEARS TO BE THE TRIM USED ON THE SIDES, IT IS HELD ON VERY FLIMMSY. I HAVE KNOCKED OFF TWO PIECES WHEN YOU OPEN THE MAIN COVER TO THE PUMPS, ALSO WIRING IN THE ELECTRIC WAS DIFFICULT, THE WIRING FITTED VERY TIGHT INTO THE TERMINALS, HEAD CUSHIONS BLEACHED A LITTLE FROM THE CHEMICALS, I USE THE NATURE 2 SYSTEM.GOOD POINTS ARE COMFORT, GOOD LOOKING, EXCELLENT POWER FROM THE PUMPS EVEN THOUGH THE CONTROLS FOR THE JETS ARE CONFUSING BUT GREAT POWER OR JUST ALITTLE DEPENDING WHAT YOU LIKE. HEATS UP FAIRLY FAST, I CAN GET THE TEMP UP 20 DEGREES ABOUT 4 HOURS AT 60 DEGREE OUTSIDE TEMP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. BY THE WAY THIS IS MY FIRST SPA. BE READY FOR THE SHOCK OF YOUR ELECTRIC BILL IF YOU RUN IT THROUGH THE WINTER, BUT IT WAS WORTH THE COST $ 30 (IN NY )
