Why did you decide to get a spa? Had a spa at previous residence - found out I slept better and it is great soaker when I overdue the exercise (or play).

Does your spa live up to all expectations? yes - fiber optics are very nice at night

How long have you owned your spa? July 23, 2004 to now

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? iwatch

What do you like best? fiber optics and remote control to change the temperature

Is there anything about your spa you don't like? entry is limitted to where the steps are located due to the height of the spa

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? exterior color and buy it sooner

Is there anything you're sorry you left out? no

Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? cup holders and fountain attraction - standard with the spa

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? dealer resolved all minor issues and reordered cover which was marred
