Please see my below remarks . . . Why did you decide to get a spa? No room for a pool and year round enjoyment. Does your spa live up to all expectations? Yes, we love it. I'm finding that my kids really enjoy it (plus their friends) How long have you owned your spa? 4 months What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? I added the LED light (very cool), lifter, and bottem shield. What do you like best? I like the different seating option and total control from just about every seat. The power and number of jets (72). The cost to run the spa is about 23 dollars per month, and we like it hot. Is there anything about your spa you don't like? I woulf prefer that my access doors are not hinged. What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Maybe a bigger spa!! Is there anything you're sorry you left out? No Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? We do not use the aroma-therapy Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? NO
