Claro / 2000

Our family purchased a Freeflow Spas Claro in 2000 for our vacation home. It worked great until around 2005 when we had a problem with the temperature not getting hot enough. The dealer we bought the spa from had gone out of business so we contacted Freeflow directly and they found someone to fix the problem...Something to do with the temperature sensor. Other than that, we liked the spa so much we bought a bigger one (Passport) for our primary residence last year from another Freeflow dealer. In my opinion, Freeflow makes a good product that they stand behind.
