I have continued to have trouble with my Hydrospa/Premium Leisure Tiara hot tub. The head of customer told me I needed to learn how to work on it myself. I have had it for 6 weeks. UNREAL!!!! I purchased an extra head rest and they sent the wrong item. I called for a replacement AND was told they would send the right item, despite it being their error, when they received the wrong item back. In addition I had to ship it at my expense. These people suck beyond belief. They are arrogant. Companies with arrogant employees equals inferior product and service. It is a natural human response. Screw them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HYDROSPA/PREMIUM LESISURE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
