Neptune 2006

Spa purchased at Home Show in Sacramento, CA in 2006. In the past two years 18 jet (of the total of 36) have fallen out, due to rot. This spa priced between $7K and $8K! I formally owned a (problem free) spa for over 17 years. I know care and maintenance of spa's and have never had a problem. The manufacturer of the Neptune spa at first suggested I abused it with the wrong chemicals, stating that Bromaine was not recommeded, and yet it was included in my "start up package" when the spa arrived. My first email contacts were very promising that they were going to furnish the replacement jets, then somehow a price list was sent.
I was contacted by phone by a representative and he told me I have an isolated problem, but since that conversation I have spoke to another spa owner with the same problem. I do not recommend purchasing the Neptune spa or any product manufactured by its company. |
