Since I bought my spa from Islander Spas in Fontana, Ca I have had nothing but problems, first of all I had to replace my jets five times, they keep breaking and my pump went out twice! On a spa that is 10 months new.

I called their technical service support number and I keep getting the run around,that my warrant this and my warrant that, well let me advise anyone who wants to purchase a Islander Spa not to do so,and I am speaking as an attorney.

I am going to request a full refund, and if anyone wants to do the same please e-mail me and we can get the ball rolling!

Below are a few things to keep in mind, and some possible ideas for your review. In the "Model / YEAR" field PLEASE do NOT list the BRAND of spa. Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year. Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up". Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted). Questions should be posted to our Q & A meassage board located HERE Remember, content is king, so don't be afraid to tell everyone everything you can think of, about your spa.
