After 5 years and one minor issue (the LED was replaced after maybe 2 years, part arrived in 2 days and was easy replacement), we still love our spa. We use it anywhere from 1-5 days a week. Living in eastern PA, we do not go in it if it is too windy during the winter, but even if it is really cold & not too windy, it gets used. Our elec. bill went up about $10/month in coldest weather, but we do not keep it too hot. My DH likes 98, I like 100, so we are usually at 99. At this point, if something happens, I have learned a lot know how much I love it. I would go and try out different spas, knowing more what I like than "just wanting one" and going "cheap". Don't get me wrong - this spa has been great. Next one will just be more - built in speakers, maybe TV, instead of having outdoor speakers. We always have music on when in the spa. We will test water depth, even though this worked out great for us. Friends have one that is just too shallow for cold weather. Maybe we were just lucky, but I am happy that we bought the Image 716.
