Why did you decide to get a spa?
Relaxtion / Entertaining guests

Does your spa live up to all expectations?
Yes

How long have you owned your spa?
10 months

What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have?
Ozonator, Waterfall, LCD Lighting, CD/Stereo, Cover-lifter, 52" attached Bar, Stainless steel jets package.

What do you like best?
Foot Jets are great but also i like being out in the snow or on a clear star filled night.

Is there anything about your spa you don't like?
no drink coaster on the captins chair side. (thats why i bought the attached bar)

What might you change if you had to "do it all over"?
probably nothing...

Is there anything you're sorry you left out?
nope. i thought at first that the stereo would be over-kill..but i can't imagine not having it now.

Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary?
nope

Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved?

The tub was sometimes tripping the outdoor breaker we had installed. Turned out to be a faulty breaker. I bought my Jacuzzi from a dealer in Whitby, Ontario, called the Spa Shoppe.
Ask for David or Mark these guys truly stand behind their products and have given me superior customer service. Want an example?? I told one of the owners - Mark - in passing i was going away for 2 weeks and he asked if they could come to my backyard a few times a week to check in on my tub - treat the water etc... I said Sure! (all the while waiting to hear a cost associated with them coming.) I came back home to a sparkling clean tub ready to use. A nice added touch of service that they just offered to do for free. Nice to see there are still some companies out there that actually care about the customer and stand behind what they sell. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
