As of 9.20.07 we still contine to have problems wiht this unit. The Kenwood "marine" radio has to be replaced again and this will be the 4th radio. we have requested both the dealer and Islander look into this problem and develop a new radio design. The speakers had to be replaced and all the foam cut out to put in a drain. The rusty speaker screws were oozing rusty particles into the spa. There is a bownish liquid leaking down from the silver band that goes around the spa. The company, Islander Spa has only responded to one of the emails and fiailed to provider any additional support. I have digital pictures to document the problems. Stay away from this company.

Simply list the model and year of manufacture, such as, MODEL / year. Please enter a valid email address. No one but us will see it, and we may want to contact you for a "follow up". Why did you decide to get a spa? Does your spa live up to all expectations? How long have you owned your spa? What accessories/options, beyond the "basic spa" does, your spa have? What do you like best? Is there anything about your spa you don't like? What might you change if you had to "do it all over"? Is there anything you're sorry you left out? Are there any features you now feel aren't necessary? Have you encountered any problems, and if so, how were they resolved? DO NOT POST QUESTIONS HERE (your post will be deleted).
